The Flowers, Trees, and Huge Trees feature pages need biome-aware results in Desert Ages. Currently the 26.3 port uses generic vanilla flower/plains-tree/old-growth-spruce features, whose ground checks usually prevent placement on sand. Audit and apply the same intended behavior in the 1.21.1 line.
Desired desert behavior:
Trees pages increase ordinary cactus generation.
Huge Trees pages generate larger/taller cactus formations (define an appropriate large-cactus feature rather than placing spruce).
Flowers pages increase desert plant generation, including desert-appropriate plants such as dead bushes.
Other surface biomes retain appropriate non-desert behavior; avoid interpreting normal Desert cacti/dead bushes as the authored page effect.
Acceptance checks:
Minecraft 1.21.1: a Desert Age with each page visibly gains the corresponding desert vegetation compared with a same-seed control; repeated pages increase it.
Minecraft 26.3: the same behavior works in newly generated chunks and remains deterministic after restart.
No inappropriate oak/spruce/ordinary flowers appear solely because these authored pages were used in a Desert biome.
Document any ground/terrain restrictions and test both Standard and Flat desert terrain.
This is deliberately deferred from the current 26.3 vegetation port slice.
