Complete Milestone 3 documentation and acceptance review #12

Close Milestone 3 only after its open implementation and regression issues pass review.

Acceptance criteria:

  • Document Age creation, persistence, lifecycle, configuration, and administrator recovery
  • Document optional preview modes and compatibility limits
  • Record the final acceptance checklist in this issue
  • Publish the milestone completion changelog as a Gitea release
  • Close the Gitea milestone

Final acceptance review:

  • All implementation issues #3 through #11 are closed; project-organization issue #13 is also complete.
  • Build and packaged JAR succeeded for v0.3.0.0.
  • All 16 dedicated-server GameTests passed, including persistence migration, every terrain arrival/return path, every biome distribution, environmental traits, lifecycle, data-pack profiles, and optional preview selection.
  • Operator documentation covers complete-world backups and supported recovery without deleting persistent Age identities.
  • Milestone completion release: https://gitea.tail180fb1.ts.net/dnorberg/rivencraft/releases/tag/v0.3.0.0
  • No world reset is required when upgrading from v0.2.30.0.
