Implement the Page item family on top of the writing data model.
Acceptance criteria:
Register a stackable blank Page item and persistent page-content component
Support symbol pages whose names, tooltips, and models derive from their symbol ID
Support baseline link-panel pages without implementing future link modifiers
Serialize and network-sync blank, symbol, unresolved-symbol, and link-panel states
Prevent clients from inventing invalid page contents through item or menu packets
Add recipes or conversion inputs needed by later Writing Desk and Binder issues

Implemented and verified in commit 62693c2 and released as Rivencraft 0.3.2.0.
Completed all acceptance criteria: the Page item supports blank, symbol, unresolved-symbol, and link-panel states with persistent/network codecs; symbol display and legacy-derived models follow the symbol ID; creation is server-authoritative; and the blank-page recipe is ready for the later Desk and Binder workflows. Asset provenance is recorded in docs/ASSET_PROVENANCE.md.
