Provide a TerraBlender adapter for composed Age biome regions when a compatible NeoForge 1.21.1 API is available. This must not become a core dependency.
Acceptance criteria:
Verify and document the supported TerraBlender artifact/API version; if no compatible version exists, record the blocker and leave the core biome path functional.
Detect TerraBlender at runtime and use its API only through an isolated optional integration.
Written biome pool, region scale, count, and seed still resolve deterministically and persist through reload.
A server and client without TerraBlender load and generate Ages normally; missing classes never load on the core path.
Cover absent/present combinations and fallback in tests or an explicit compatibility matrix.
