Make Age seasonal behavior interoperable with Serene Seasons if it has a compatible NeoForge 1.21.1 API, without requiring the mod.
Acceptance criteria:
Verify and document the compatible Serene Seasons release/API or a concrete compatibility blocker.
Isolate all integration classes and guard them behind runtime mod detection/configuration; Rivencraft works unchanged when Serene Seasons is absent.
Map supported written seasonal controls, including always-snow behavior where feasible, to per-Age behavior without altering the Overworld or other Ages.
Persist chosen season behavior and define behavior after server restart and when both season mods are installed.
Test or manually verify absent/present paths and document any upstream limitations.
Dependencies: environment symbols and persistent Age plan.

Implemented and verified in-game in release V0.4.9.2: https://gitea.tail180fb1.ts.net/dnorberg/rivencraft/releases/tag/V0.4.9.2. The six Age season pages, optional Serene integration, saved whitelist, and no-restart client sync are included. Ecliptic support remains tracked separately.
