Verify all required Milestone 5 implementation/regression issues are closed or explicitly re-scoped with rationale.
Publish the milestone-completion changelog, tested JAR, and SHA-256 as a Gitea release using x.y.z.b versioning.

All required implementation/regression issues in this milestone are closed. #39 is explicitly scoped as unsupported for live Ecliptic Seasons dimensions: the 1.21.1 ValidDimensions setting requires restart and caches level validity; a supported live registration/per-dimension calendar API is needed upstream.
Schema v2, Legacy mapping, ordered grammar/diagnostics, seeded completion, frozen Age plans, and M5/M6/M7 boundaries are documented in docs/MILESTONE_5_ACCEPTANCE.md and linked guides.
Migration result: old writing IDs/order and unresolved pages remain recoverable; schema v1 remains display-only; existing bound books without plans are not reinterpreted. Full compatibility with every pre-release save is not claimed and remains open issue #60.
Test matrix: default dedicated-server GameTests 26/26; focused generation archive plus core 51/51; offline Gradle build passed. User in-game passes were recorded on the implementation issues, including Serene Seasons. The full archived suite passed 116/116 before the final #41 biome-count adjustment, but its later rerun stalled; it is not counted as a current pass. Manual handoffs are in docs/GAMETESTS.md.
Optional integrations: TerraBlender generic Overworld/Nether region biomes and Serene Seasons per-Age modes are supported without becoming required dependencies. Ecliptic is unsupported for live Ages. JEI/Create/Ponder/Immersive Portals remain optional.
Cleanup: 25 detailed generation checks moved to an opt-in archive; three duplicate GameTest registrations removed; repeated feature lookups streamlined; three byte-identical PNG copies removed with references redirected. No other unreferenced shipped textures/sounds found.
Release artifact rivencraft-0.5.0.0.jar and SHA-256 attached. Uploaded jar hash verified: 257bd76822921e1fa5f0394c7b9e7db310ce52cc1f7c7ee6249d88616d604e5f.
