Add skybox that supports unique placement of sun and moon(s) along with context aware star placement.
Acceptance criteria
Add colorable skybox
Add individually controlled sun(s) and moon(s)
suns and moons can be individually colored, angled, sized and speed adjusted.
suns light the world when above the horizon
moons dimmly light the world when above the horison
lighting can stack from sun and moon light
moons only give off light when all suns are below the horizon
celestials can be present in end, nether and other types of skyboxes
add a static tv effect as a new skybox type.
max amount of suns set at 10 with instability starting at 3 and increasing as more are added
max amount of moons set at 10, no instability is introduced

lets account for solar eclipses. when the moon passes in front of the sun, the moon goes black and the overall lighting dims. if a moon lines up perfectly with the sun, brighten the suns color but keep the overall lighting dim.

color pages should be red, green, blue and black and white. color pages can be used for both celestials and sky. mixing varying amounts of the colors affects the overall color. lets also add number pages in d'ni base25. number pages can be used to set the color values. each number is multiplied by 10 to cover the majority of the color spectrum. adding white will create an additive color while black will create a subtractive color. adding more white will tint the color while adding more black will shade. we can also use the number pages in place of adding multiple of the same page by putting it to the left of the page to multiply.

Completed and player-verified in-game. Shared color/number pages, higher-resolution static sky, opaque sun/moon centers with transparent glow, and synchronized solar eclipses are in V0.6.8.10 (commit 9d5ff2a). The release includes the built JAR and SHA-256.

the fallback portal is colored the same as the linked age skybox
the sun and moon are opaque, it needs an alpha pass to blend with the sky. the static skybox needs more resolution.
