Move the remaining runtime Age definition boundary into a documented, data-pack-aware model.
Acceptance criteria:
Define the serialized schema and generation-version migration rules
Resolve biome, noise, and dimension-type references from loaded registries
Define behavior for missing or changed data-pack entries
Verify reload and restart behavior without rerolling immutable Age traits
Add an example data pack and validation tests
Implemented in commit 109acc4 and released as v0.2.28.0.
Age runtime profiles are loaded from server data packs, validated against dynamic registries, and selected from a stable sorted pool for new Ages. Existing Ages retain their persisted profile ID, seed, generation version, and rolled traits. Missing profiles fall back deterministically to rivencraft:standard with a warning.
