Legacy parity follow-up to #35. Implement Legacy's Floating Islands feature as a written large-feature page, distinct from the existing sky-island terrain profile.
Acceptance criteria:
Add the corresponding player-writable symbol page to the catalog, creative page category, and JEI where applicable.
Validate ordered writing and persist the selected feature in the Age generation plan.
Apply the feature deterministically during Age generation; honor terrain/biome compatibility and avoid unintended vanilla defaults.
Cover the authored and random-Age behavior with an automated test where practical and document an in-game visual check.
