Complete the Milestone 5 world-generation slice beyond terrain and biomes, while keeping Legacy structures and the existing cave bug issue in Milestone 7.

Acceptance criteria:

  • Map supported written feature/decorator symbols to deterministic vanilla/NeoForge 1.21.1 generation choices through the compiled Age plan.
  • Define ordering and compatibility with terrain and biome selection; unsupported combinations give diagnostics rather than silent substitutions.
  • Preserve selected features across restart and generation of new chunks.
  • Do not duplicate Milestone 7 issue #14 (cave adjustment) or move libraries, crystals, portals, and custom structures into this issue.
  • Add representative generation tests and document the supported subset.

Dependencies: persistent generation plan and Legacy mapping.
