Legacy parity follow-up to #35. Port Legacy's Dense Ores feature as an authored-only page, with explicit modern ore-generation balance and safe compatibility rules.
Acceptance criteria:
Add the corresponding player-writable symbol page to the catalog, creative page category, and JEI where applicable.
Validate ordered writing and persist the selected feature in the Age generation plan.
Apply the feature deterministically during Age generation; honor terrain/biome compatibility and avoid unintended vanilla defaults.
Cover the authored and random-Age behavior with an automated test where practical and document an in-game visual check.
