Legacy parity follow-up to #35. Port Legacy's player-writable Obelisks small-feature symbol and bespoke structure generation.
Acceptance criteria:
- Add the corresponding player-writable symbol page to the catalog, creative page category, and JEI where applicable.
- Validate ordered writing and persist the selected feature in the Age generation plan.
- Apply the feature deterministically during Age generation; honor terrain/biome compatibility and avoid unintended vanilla defaults.
- Cover the authored and random-Age behavior with an automated test where practical and document an in-game visual check.
