    Skylands feature page and Age generation for Minecraft 1.21.1 / NeoForge.

    • Adds the Skylands page to the shared symbol catalog, Creative menu, and JEI.
    • Applies a deterministic, subtractive Skylands terrain filter that removes terrain below a noise-shaped height near Y=76 and liquids above it. This differs from additive Floating Islands and the whole-Age Sky Islands terrain type.
    • Supports authored Skylands with all terrain types, including Flat and Void, and layers it with Floating Islands and Tendrils. Page-free random Noise Ages can also select Skylands.
    • Adds focused generation/authoring tests and updates Age grammar documentation.

    Verification: offline Gradle build passed; player in-game visual test passed. Automated GameTests were not rerun because the test suite has previously stalled.

    Known difference from Legacy: the cloud-height and horizon overrides are not yet ported.
