    Crystal Formations (#57)

    • Adds an authorable Crystal Formations feature page and rare, deterministic blue crystal mounds in compatible Ages.
    • Adds budding crystal growth through small, medium, and large buds to harvestable clusters; clusters drop Crystal Shards, and four shards craft a Crystal Block.
    • Reuses the 16x16 Mystcraft Legacy crystal tile; bud and cluster sprites preserve Minecraft amethyst silhouettes, recolored blue. Uses vanilla amethyst sounds.
    • Fixes bud and cluster transparency with full RGBA sprites and cutout rendering.
    • Includes the current dev-image reference.

    Compatibility: Minecraft 1.21.1 / NeoForge 21.1.251. No additional required mod.
    Validation: build passed, 48 GameTests passed, and in-game visual check passed.
