    Milestone 6 opening slice. Documents Mystcraft Legacy instability scoring, decks, effects, and safety boundaries for issue #63. Supported duplicate, conflicting, or out-of-order pages now produce a deterministic repaired Age plan with a persisted provisional writing-instability score instead of being rejected; unsupported or unresolved pages still fail clearly. Incorrectly placed pages no longer receive a red highlight. Hides TerraBlender’s internal deferred_placeholder biome page from both creative and JEI while keeping real modded biomes. Runtime instability effects are not active yet. Validation: offline Gradle build, 39/39 focused GameTests on 0.5.1.1, JAR checksum, and user in-game check.
