    • Port bounded Legacy meteor descents, active burning, and erosion enabled by default for testing in destructive Ages.
    • Reuse the Legacy meteor roar sound; honor Age scope, loaded chunks, spawn/protection hooks, and configurable damage/action caps.
    • Add operator test pulses for meteor, burning, and erosion; report wet-player burning failures clearly.
    • Add persistence/scope/fire regression checks and document Legacy behavior and modern adaptations.

    Verification: Gradle build passed; 47 required GameTests passed in a prior run. The final GameTest invocation stalled and was stopped under the project test rule. In-game burning was confirmed by the player.
