    Changes

    • Added global and per-provider instability switches, persistent per-Age enable/disable controls, and operator diagnostics for saved score contributions, provider levels, runtime status, and limits.
    • Added a server-authored potential-instability indicator to Descriptive Book tooltips and covers. Existing written books receive the display summary when opened; saved scores and provider plans stay server-owned and unchanged by runtime controls.
    • Age commands now accept a name or short path such as fort as well as a full dimension ID. Duplicate names require a full ID rather than selecting the wrong Age.
    • Documented config application, controls, and manual checks.

    Verification

    • Gradle build passed, all 52 required GameTests passed, and the user confirmed the in-game check.
