    Milestone 6 complete — instability (#63–#74)

    Highlights since Milestone 5:

    • Added saved, explainable authored instability scores and deterministic provider plans, with Legacy-informed penalties for writing, structures, Bright Lighting, Accelerated and Corrupted pages.
    • Added bounded live block-abundance profiling. Installed mods’ recognized ores, mineral storage blocks and source fluids contribute automatically; those mods remain optional. Diamond storage blocks are a deliberate Rivencraft extension.
    • Added Age-scoped status effects, colored decay, lightning, explosions, meteor, burning and guarded erosion, with operator diagnostics and configurable safety limits.
    • Ordered period/phase modifiers now combine and are consumed by celestial pages for new Ages; unconsumed modifiers add Legacy’s +100 per kind.
    • Added the Milestone 6 acceptance review and regression/migration matrix; reduced redundant active-symbol scans and repeated effective-plan calculations.

    Compatibility and migration:

    • Minecraft 1.21.1; development/minimum NeoForge remains 21.1.251. The 21.1.259 upgrade is deferred for a separate integration test slice.
    • Pre-scoring Ages remain neutral; older plan-v3 Ages keep their frozen writing cost and prior time interpretation. Existing scores are not silently rerolled. Profile schema migration preserves unknown optional-mod IDs.
    • General save compatibility after removing required worldgen/biome registries is not guaranteed (issue #60). Dormant Legacy effect variants are not claimed as implemented.

    Validation: offline Gradle build and diff check passed; player reported an in-game pass for the 0.6.0.0 candidate. The known stalling archived GameTest run was not repeated, and every optional-mod/multiplayer manual matrix row was not individually signed off.
