    Milestone 7 library slice (#76)

    • Generate deterministic Legacy-style 11×11 libraries in suitable Rivencraft Ages, using sparse 32-chunk-region placement and modern terrain supports.
    • Add a chest with configurable Legacy-wide or current-Age page loot and five page-bearing bookstands. Link Panel pages are excluded from the library page pool.
    • Add operator test-spacing, test-place, probe, nearest, and repair-stands commands. Correct the nearest-library arrival position.
    • Align displayed pages to bookstands, correct the library stand facings, and remove floating page labels while preserving book labels.
    • Include the pinned Legacy template-generation script, asset attribution, focused tests, and the latest dev-image reference.

    Validation: Gradle build and diff check passed; player reported an in-game pass. The previously stalling full GameTest suite was not rerun, and a separate multiplayer/restart matrix was not claimed as completed. Newly generated chunks use the library feature; older generated chunks are not retroactively populated.
