  Milestone 7 Cave terrain refinement (#14). Cave and Nether biome authoring remains isolated from surface-terrain pools and modern Nether material/decorations are retained. Cave spawn search begins at Y=64 instead of the cave roof, including when the resolved runtime profile—not merely its ID—is Cave terrain. Cave weather and Serene Seasons are disabled; authored weather, season, and celestial/time pages have no effect and each adds 100 base instability. The separate Caves feature page remains unchanged. Legacy Nether terrain and Caves-feature differences are documented. Gradle build and all 79 required GameTests passed; the player also passed an in-game check.
