Issue #93: Horizontal crystal portals now support book receptacles above or below the frame. The inserted Linking or Descriptive Book is visibly rendered in the receptacle. A non-Intra Linking book targeting its own dimension can display a portal but cannot be used for travel. Updated the receptacle orientation for top and underside mounting and included the latest dev reference image changes.

Verified: Gradle build and user in-game check passed. The GameTest server stalled after starting its batches, so its 86 tests are not claimed as passing for this release.
