    Optional Ruins integration for authored Ages (#91).

    • Adds a Ruins page for each installed template in Creative and JEI.
    • Lets authored Ages load their chosen Ruins templates, including templates restricted to the Overworld by Ruins.
    • Duplicate pages increase template selection weight and spawn attempts, with a bounded attempt budget.
    • Applies the standard structure instability rule: copies after the third add 100 each.
    • Keeps Ruins optional; Ages without authored Ruins pages do not generate Ruins structures.

    Verified: Gradle build, all 90 Ruins-enabled GameTests, and player in-game check passed.
