    Milestone 7 completion for Minecraft 1.21.1 / NeoForge 21.1.264.

    Highlights:

    • Legacy-style Age libraries with page-bearing stands and configurable loot; crystal portals with optional Immersive Portals live views and a fallback surface.
    • Handheld dropped-book entity, Book Receptacle, crafting/JEI and Create/Ponder discovery, asset/audio polish, advancements, optional Ruins, and sky/glyph additions.
    • Number Pages now control Celestial Size (0.25x–3x across digits 0–24).
    • Book Binder writing-status messages now default off; /rivencraft binder messages enable|disable is OP-only, and only OPs see diagnostics.
    • Milestone 7 acceptance, migration boundaries, optional-mod decisions, and known limits are documented in docs/MILESTONE_7_ACCEPTANCE.md.

    Validation:

    • Offline build and 93/93 core GameTests passed on 1.0.0.2; player in-game check passed.
    • Generation archive 129/129 passed on the preceding 1.0.0.0 candidate. Environment archive 103/103 passed on 0.6.11.0; its 1.0.0.0 rerun stalled and is not claimed as a 1.0.0.2 pass.
    • Full multiplayer, restart, migration, and every optional-mod combination remain unverified; see docs/MILESTONE_7_REGRESSION.md.
