Milestone 4 Writing Desk foundation: adds a craftable single-block desk with four collection tabs, ink/source/page/output storage, a Legacy-inspired left-tab/center-surface/right-inventory screen, persistent inventory and active-tab state, safe shift-click transfers, and contents dropped on break. Uses the original Mystcraft Legacy Writing Desk item texture with attribution. Symbol transcription and the fully interactive writing surface remain future work. Built against Minecraft 1.21.1 / NeoForge 21.1.251; all 30 required GameTests pass. SHA-256 (JAR): c47f8ecbab09a2546e35cae08a1e6419bbdf6f0d298291db251b5ac85538d7f6.
