    The Writing Desk GUI now follows the Legacy reference more closely: dark left page surface, wider numbered tabs, middle draggable scrollbar, smaller preview beside the raised paper input, raised ink input, output-adjacent page name, and no Inventory label. AZ sorts displayed pages alphabetically; ALL shows physical pages from every desk tab, including link panels. Search and category filtering remain available. Cross-tab copy selection is validated against the actual desk inventory on the server. Validation: Gradle build and all 40 required GameTests passed. Client visual confirmation is still requested.
