    Star Fissures (#58; issue remains open for follow-up)

    • Adds an authorable Star Fissures page to Creative and optional JEI.
    • Generates a Legacy-shaped jagged rift near an Age’s spawn, opening its portal columns to the sky.
    • The portal returns travelers to a safe Overworld spawn and plays the original Mystcraft fissure sound.
    • Permits Star Fissures on Cave and Void terrain. Random Ages use Legacy’s weighted small-feature selection for fissures instead of a fixed 1-in-16 roll.
    • Uses Minecraft 1.21.1’s End Portal starfield pipeline; below-zero flat terrain uses its modern floor.

    Compatibility: Minecraft 1.21.1 / NeoForge 21.1.251. No additional required mod.
    Validation: build passed, all 50 required GameTests passed, and in-game check passed.
