    Star Fissure world-height fix (#58)

    • Maps Legacy’s y=0 portal floor to each Age’s modern minimum build height, including Cave and Void terrain.
    • In Cave Ages, fissure shafts reach the lower boundary without breaking the upper bedrock roof.
    • Clears water from carved columns before placing each portal block.
    • Audited other y=0 uses; remaining zero values are not world-bottom placements.

    Compatibility: Minecraft 1.21.1 / NeoForge 21.1.251. No additional required mod. Existing fissures are not relocated; test with a newly generated Age.
    Validation: build passed, all 50 required GameTests passed, and in-game check passed.
