  Milestone 6 issues #64 and #65. Freeze a versioned, server-owned instability score and reason breakdown with each Age identity, including neutral migration for existing saves and a read-only diagnostic query. Classify authored writing as fatal, seeded completion, or accepted instability; show the outcome in the Binder and Descriptive Book, preserve inputs on rejection, and retain authored page order for unstable Ages. Supported duplicate and misplaced pages incur deterministic writing penalties; unrepresentable combinations remain blocked. Runtime instability effects are not active yet. Validation: offline Gradle build, focused automated grammar/persistence checks, and user in-game pass. The full GameTest server run stalled during storage shutdown; its live-output transaction was verified in game.
