    Milestone 6, issue #67: Legacy-inspired Age instability status effects. General harmful effects affect survival/adventure players and other living entities; creative/spectator players are exempt. Local effects require sky visibility, global effects do not. Effect durations follow Legacy (30–200 ticks) and provider level controls amplifier. Hostile mobs can receive regeneration/resistance when eligible. Effects stay within loaded Ages, are bounded by server settings, and are cleaned up on travel/logout/stop without replacing other mods’ effects.\n\nValidation: Gradle build passed; 37 GameTests passed; user in-game check passed.\n\nSHA-256 (rivencraft-0.5.5.0.jar): 5ef2fd64b5c0e0001fdc7f565f8892c24066048f70c2f018c3b0477d78417f20
