Start with the player-facing project README. The two maintained technical entry points are current implementation and milestone summaries. Use GameTest guidance to run checks. The files below retain detailed design, provenance, and version-specific test evidence; an older milestone record may describe a former behavior or loader version.

Asset provenance applies across milestones. Detailed audits are intentionally retained for source attribution and migration history; these three entry points replace the former practice of treating every dated task note as a current installation guide.
